1. Will lowering the drinking age increase binge drinking? I will argue to keep the drinking ge at 21 in all states. The main focus of my argument will be to show the negative impact that drinking can have on college students and teens.

4. They would oppose it by citing examples of teens drinking responsibly. They could also show how you get other choices at 18 (go to war, vote), so why shouldn’t you be allowed to drink?
5. I would create pathos by showing the devastating impact that binge drinking has had on some students and their families.
6. My evidence would include statistics of the negative impact of binge drinking. I would use a lot of statistics as well as the personal experiences of students and families affected by it.
